The House is beginning up to 10 minutes of debate on the @RepBrianMast Amd't No. 23 to H.R. 8469 - Prohibits funds appropriated to the Department of Veterans Affairs from being used to enforce provisions of VHA Directive 1315 that restrict VA providers from assisting veterans with participation in State-approved marijuana programs. This amendment was previously adopted in FY26 MilCon-VA appropriations by voice vote.
