Judicial Watch filed MULTIPLE FOIAs after our independent investigations @X revealed brain injuries suffered by US spies, diplomats, military operatives and civilians are progressive and can lead to brain cell death and atrophy.
In February, we also confirmed a report by @DNIgabbard's investigative team (DIG OR Directors Initiatives Group) into Directed Energy Attacks or AHIs (Anomalous Health Incidents) was finalized and prepped for release. It is still not public.
The lawsuit also seeks information about a directed-energy weapon reportedly acquired by the US government.
"The complaint further includes a FOIA request submitted to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement seeking records regarding the alleged acquisition and testing of a directed-energy or pulsed-energy device reportedly obtained through Homeland Security Investigations and studied for potential relevance to Havana Syndrome symptoms."
