Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський @ZelenskyyUa - E3 countries will help us with anti-ballistic capabilities. By the way, I hope that we will manage to develop a European anti-ballistic system together with the UK. We are working on it. We need it, and the UK needs it.
Secondly, sanctions. Yesterday at the E3 meeting everybody agreed that we need to strengthen sanctions on Russia.
Thirdly, we need to move the Ukrainian army to a contract-based system. It's dangerous to be a soldier and we need to give them respectable salaries because they are giving their lives. We need additional funding for this. Currently, it's nowhere near what Russia pays its mercenaries. I do hope that our friends will help.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський @ZelenskyyUa - There are different people around Putin. Half of them want to continue this war and the other half want to stop it. Businessmen understand that the Russian economy is in a terrible situation.
If Western countries – Europe, Canada, and the U.S. – don’t lift their sanctions, put more pressure on the Russian shadow fleet and other sectors, and Ukraine stays strong on the battlefield, then we will be closer to peace.
I told this businessman, who came to deliver the message about a potential framework of diplomatic negotiations, that we were ready to speak from the very beginning. We didn't want this war, and we want to stop it.
Yesterday I told the journalists that in Anchorage, Russia and the U.S. decided to speak about Ukraine without Ukraine. It was a mistake, especially for America, because Putin weakened the U.S. position. I think he was lying to the President of the United States.
Anyway, we are ready to speak, but we won’t give up our territory.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський @ZelenskyyUa - Russian political influence over other countries is decreasing. Azerbaijan – they are independent. Armenia – yesterday's elections became a big success for Armenia’s independence. I also think the Russians lost Moldova. Of course, they don't want to lose Ukraine, because an independent and free Ukraine is the biggest and politically most dangerous country for Russia.
When Ukraine joins the EU, Putin will have internal problems with different peoples, especially in the Caucasus. Different peoples across Russia will be raising questions.
