Acting AG Todd Blanche @DAGToddBlanche - Chairmen Cotton and Grassley are right. FISA 702 is one of our nation’s key tools for finding and stopping foreign terrorists. Both Republican and Democrat administrations have known this. If Congress does not reauthorize 702 before it expires this week, it exposes our country to real danger.
I urge Senate Democrats to come back to the table with their Republican counterparts.
