DHS Secretary Mullins and Acting AG Blanche were present along with House Speaker Johnson, Majority Leader Scalise, Senate Majority Whip Barrasso, Homeland Security Chair Paul and other House and Senate GOP leaders. Senate passed the bill 52-47 Thursday and the House 214-212 yesterday. @cspan
