Strictly adhere to the single best reading of the law pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright, and don t ever get creative in trying to give myself any powers that the law hasn t given me. If Congress wants me to do something other than the single best reading of the law, then they should try to change the law instead of demanding that I circumvent statute.
