Vance quotes, please check against Otter:
https://otter.ai/u/BcPfqH18Eq6QgZXToK8sm6DOSmYBegins by making fun of President Joe Biden for struggling on AF1 stairs.
"Because I'm speaking to all of you great patriots and service members, I've got the angel on my shoulder saying, JD, don't be partisan or make us nonpartisan. But I've got the devil on my shoulder wants to talk about every time that Joe Biden fell up or down the stairs, and the media didn't care about that, but if I did it one time…it would be a major, major story.
Then gives thanks to service members in attendance.
“The President of the United States has asked you to do more than I think any group of service members has ever been asked to do, and yet you've done it every single time you've answered the call, every single time we've given you a mission, you have accomplished it with pride and vigor.”
Congratulates Carrier Wing 8, which just returned from an 11-month deployment featuring more than 12,000 "launches" and 5,500 flight hours as part of Operation Epic Fury.

We are wheels down in Bismarck at 10:35 CDT.
POTUS did not gaggle on the plane, nor were we given the opportunity to see any more of the plane. A few more details as promised about the press section: There were seven spaced-out pairs of seats. Chairs were equipped with recline and massage functions, as well as charging equipment. Monitors at each seat allowed passengers to view things like different camera angles from the outside of the plane or Apple TV, which directed passengers to Fox News.
