The lawful permanent resident fled the United States, was apprehended in Panama with the assistance of ICE HSI Panama and HSI’s Office of International Affairs and was extradited to the U.S. in May to face justice. Cedeno is accused of using threats of violence, physical abuse and other coercive means to compel the victims to engage in commercial sex for his profit.
