The Pentagon is perplexed on what to do. The Air Force does, in fact, have an exception clause that permits homosexuals to consider serving if the homosexual experience occurred while the airman was drunk; if the airman has exhibited exemplary service; or if the experimentation only happened once (the latter is known as the “Queen for a day” rule).
