As I said, we’re now looking at what Jack Smith told us under oath. Did he lie to Congress? We’re looking at that. It certainly appears he may not have been truthful with us. And if that’s the case, we will refer him, as I said. But when you put it all together—the toll records and now the content of communications—that is as wrong as it gets. It’s not supposed to happen. And when you couple that with all the other things the Biden-Garland Justice Department did—from investigating parents at school board meetings to labeling pro-life Catholics as extremists—someone needs to be held accountable. And maybe that person is, in fact, Jack Smith.”
