In November 2011, he was indicted in the Eastern District of New York for CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE HEROIN AND COCAINE and ultimately convicted of those offenses. In 2018, Gutierrez-Espinal was convicted of DRUG TRAFFICKING in Ohio, following an investigation by @HSI_HQ special agents and the South Central Ohio High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force. ICE Columbus officers arrested him upon release from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction July 13.
