It was a privilege to host 17 APFIT awardees who displayed the very technology that is making a difference on the battlefield. Their success is a direct result of the APFIT program, which bypasses traditional bureaucratic delays to provide immediate production contracts to proven innovators. This model has enabled the transition of over 100 technologies to the American warfighter, from unmanned systems and next-gen atomic clocks to mobile SCIFs and c-UAS capabilities.
APFIT has awarded over $2 billion to small businesses in more than 30 states, and we have no plans on slowing down. For companies ready to help us build a more lethal Arsenal of Freedom, the APFIT FY27-1 cycle is now open.
