Marine One landed at 5:29 pm ET on a field next to SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio. The pool landed a few mins ahead of Trump.
We are now waiting inside the school’s massive indoor practice football field.
It has a very American Gladiators feel in here with several red, white and blue stages and platforms that will seemingly feature events.
The presidential seal presumably where Trump will sit hangs behind about four rows of seats that face the center stage. Each row has 16 seats.
Earlier, Trump walked off Marine One at 5:31 pm and boarded The Beast, which took a very short ride on the football field’s track to a different part of the school building.
Trump did not come over to reporters but gave a gesture with his right hand to the press as he drove by.
An ESPN cameraman was allowed to get closer to Marine One than the pool as Trump came off the helicopter. ESPN is broadcasting the Patriot Games.
Pat McAfee came off Marine One with the WH officials whose names I mentioned in a previous report.
The scoreboard of the football field reads a score of 47-45 in honor of Trump. It has the time at 20:26.
