FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash - In the field with our @FBINorfolk team - great team doing tremendous work crushing violent crime and defending the homeland.
Violent crime in VA is down 10% since 2024 - FBI Norfolk alone had a 344% increase in violent crime arrests last year, 60% increase in violent crime against children arrests, and a 3,600% increase in cocaine seizures.
They recently secured three significant guilty pleas including a domestic violence case, a sexual exploitation case involving a minor child in June, and a major mail fraud case.
Thanks to the team for hosting us. This FBI continues to break down the DC bureaucracy and put resources back out in the field in real America to deliver results.

FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash - Very honored to address 50 of our great Hampton Roads law enforcement partners in Virginia with @RepKiggans.
We spoke about some of the challenges FBI and our local partners continue to work on together - emerging technologies like counter UAS and AI, countering threats like terrorism, drug trafficking, and violent extremism, improving recruiting both at the local and federal level, and more.
Despite everything law enforcement faces they’ve been tremendously successful - including a nearly 10% decrease in violent crime since 2024 and an incredible 344% increase in violent crime arrests over the same time period. To do that you need leadership who lets good cops be cops and support from leaders like Jen Kiggans who has been there for us every step of the way.
Special thanks to Newport Police Chief Steve Drew and @FBINorfolk for hosting us.

FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash - Led by President Trump and Vice President Vance, the FBI’s Most Wanted Fraudster list has seen unprecedented success – we’ve partnered with the @WHFraudTF to arrest FOUR Most Wanted Fraudsters in less than 2 months. These subjects were arrested on three different continents, charged with $1.8 billion in fraud schemes, collectively on the run for over 3,500 days – and all captured and returned to America by FBI FTOCs, in just a few short weeks.
Today, we’re adding a new subject. DARREN ANTHONY ROBINSON is wanted for his alleged involvement in an international investment fraud and money laundering scheme. From at least 2015 to June of 2023, Robinson engaged in a Ponzi-style scheme, running a purported professional investment company trading foreign currency, where he allegedly defrauded investors for $100 million in funds to illegally pay for expenses including his own personal lifestyle.
Robinson has been on the run since 2024 and has been federally charged with eleven counts of wire fraud and one count of money laundering. He has ties to Panama, the United Arab Emirates, and Colombia.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to Robinson’s arrest and conviction. If you have any information, please call 1-800-CALL-FBI or visit
