The "duoethnography" is also employed in sociologyand education, where two authors interview each other.
No research, no library time . . . just stream of consciousness and effervescing of emotions. Doesn't even have to be true . . . just "authentic."

varrock @varrock - The most hilarious part of the whole saga is Cambridge publishing Jason Arday’s “autoethnographies."
He’d interview himself about himself, write down quotes from the self-interview, analyze those quotes, and submit that as a paper.
Cambridge treated these as seminal works.
