Ron DeSantis @GovRonDeSantis - Today in Jacksonville, I announced nearly $23 million in investments to strengthen the defense industrial base in Florida. These awards will support critical infrastructure, aerospace and spaceport development, shipbuilding and maritime industries, and military installations across our state.
Workforce development is crucial for Florida to keep leading the way as these industries grow. Alongside other significant investments in workforce development, I was proud to award over $7 million to Florida State College at Jacksonville to create the Cecil Training Institute. This facility will expand welding and logistics programs, with plans to add advanced manufacturing and logistics training to support the region’s growing shipbuilding presence.

Ron DeSantis @GovRonDeSantis - Nearly 900,000 Floridians work in defense and defense-related industries. Our colleges and universities provide skilled talent for defense, aerospace, aviation, and maritime industries throughout the state. Today, I announced major investments to help ensure that Florida remains the national leader in these growing industries.
By investing in critical infrastructure and workforce development, we’ve helped make Florida a magnet for defense, aerospace, and shipbuilding companies looking to start or expand their operations. The new investments we announced today—nearly $23 million—will ensure that Florida’s defense industrial base has the resources, support and talent necessary to help keep our country secure while creating great jobs in our communities.

The Rubber Duck ™ @TheRubberDuck79 - Video: Kelsey Grammer appeared on stage the other day with Lewis Pullman and the cast of the Doomsday movie.
WATCH: after watching it normally - watch it again, except watch nothing but Lewis Pullman's left hand.

Senate Republicans @SenateGOP - Privileged New York socialists want to tax the middle class into oblivion to pay for their socialist ideas.
There’s nothing blue-collar about the DSA.
