Tom Fitton @TomFitton - I carefully reviewed the Supreme Court decision slapping back lower court attacks on the White House ballroom project. In a victory for the rule of law, constitutional government, national security, and the safety of the President and White House staff and visitors, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that the leftists trying to stop the WH ballroom project had laughably insufficent standing to object in court. It is disturbing that four justices, including the Chief Justice, think the courts are somehow able to take over management of White House security, maintenance and military operations.
