You KNOW they would have used them.
You think the lockdowns sucked then? Remember all those times you went to the store anyway. Or drove around to get out of the house.
You would have been caught by a Flock camera, and you would have been punished for your disobedience.

Did that ever happen? No. And if course I wouldn’t support it if they were used for that application.
Lindsay Clancy bought exercise bands. They’re meant for working out. She misused them and strangled her 3 children with them. If Patrick Clancy were to have complained, when they bought the bands that they could be abused, and misused to murder his children - he would have been making a bad argument, and we shouldn’t ban or abstain from buying rubber bands as a result. Instead Lindsay Clancy should have been institutionalized. That was the actual problem.
