Bill Mitchell @mitchellvii - I've heard so much about the Gulch in Nashville and how this is the place to live. So today I decided to look at a number of properties there. It was a strange experience. These are basically new buildings. And yet there was something that just felt cheap and tacky about them. The paneling was cheap. The lighting was bad. The elevators were dirty. The artwork was furniture store tacky. They are charging luxury prices in these buildings but this was not a luxury experience.
