She describes him as a Black man she estimates to be in his 30s.
And here is where it gets interesting.
After the jury watched a video interview with Lindsay Clancy, Devlin says the holdout juror himself said he realized it was not murder in the first degree.
The jury saw his doubt. He acknowledged it out loud. And he still would not vote to acquit.
Devlin also opened up about the impact of Patrick Clancy's testimony on the jury. His presence, his loyalty to Lindsay throughout everything, clearly moved them.
The foreperson started filling out the not guilty forms. The holdout admitted reasonable doubt. Then refused to commit.
11 to 1. A mistrial. And now a September 29 hearing where Reddington is asking the judge to enter a full finding of not guilty that would bar any retrial forever.
