Kelly Loeffler @SBA_Kelly - Earlier this year, SBA referred more than $200 billion in suspected PPP and COVID EIDL fraud to the IRS. After comparing information borrowers provided to SBA with information reported to the IRS, the IRS identified discrepancies involving approximately $100 billion in loans and has opened examinations that could lead to additional taxes and fraud penalties.
