All illegals that have already been deported and returned to the U.S. and do not have criminal history will NOT be arrested.
Let me give you a real-life ICE/Border Patrol scenario that happens every day:
I pull over a van, and the driver is my target but there are 8 other people in the van. I determine that all 8 people are illegal aliens with prior deportations and with final orders of removals BUT I can't determine what, if any, criminal history they have, then I DO NOT ARREST THEM, INSTEAD, I RELEASE THEM BACK INTO AMERICA!
There is no voting our way out of this!
