This is a direct quote:
“When Igbojekwe opened the door, I noticed that he was wearing nothing but a shirt and that his genitals were exposed. Igbojekwe advised that he was in the neighborhood for work and that he was waiting to hand out flyers for Janelle Stelson's political campaign. Igbojekwe was able to provide a stack of flyers showing he was there for work.”

ILLEGAL ALIEN CAMPAIGN WORKER
POLICE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
At around 1514 on 09/27/26 I, Officer [redacted] of the East Pennsboro Township Police Department, was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle on Delwood Dr near the Acri Rd intersection in Mechanicsburg. It was dispatched that a black male had been sitting in his vehicle, a silver Ford SUV, at this location for several hours.
While responding I spoke with the complainant [redacted] explained that while walking her dog down Delwood Dr, she noticed the vehicle. While walking on the sidewalk on the passenger side of the vehicle, she could notice that the passenger side of the vehicle was very messy [redacted] then reported that the male opened the passenger side door and spit out towards the sidewalk [redacted] stated that the male seemed to be surprised by her presence. After approximately thirty minutes, [redacted] reached out to a friend that lived near the male's location. The friend told [redacted] that the male had been there for several hours. This led [redacted] to call for police.
Upon arrival, I made a more encounter with the male by approaching the front driver side door of the vehicle. The vehicle was parked on a public residential street, next to a public park, and next to a sidewalk. I observed the male, later identified as Chimaobim Igbojekwe, in the driver seat drinking a jug of what appeared to be orange juice. Igbojekwe opened the door to speak with me. When Igbojekwe opened the door, I noticed that he was wearing nothing but a shirt and that his genitals were exposed. Igbojekwe advised that he was in the neighborhood for work and that he was waiting to hand out flyers for Janelle Stelson's political campaign. Igbojekwe was able to provide a stack of flyers showing he was there for work. Igbojekwe was questioned about his genitals being exposed and he stated that he believed he was firre in his vehicle. Igbojekwe did not understand why it was an issue for him to have his genitals exposed while parked in a residential neighborhood. While on scene, there were several people out on Delwood Dr and Acri Rd to include a male walking his dog and children riding their bicycles. These people would have observed Igbojekwe's genitals if they were to have looked inside his vehicle.
At around 1552 I spoke with ADA Courtney Hair. ADA Hair provided approval for indecent exposure and for disorderly conduct and provided approval number CEH-092726-03.
Based on the information above in which I believe is accurate and true, I believe that there is sufficient probable cause to charge Chimaobim Igbojekwe with the charges listed on page 2 of this criminal complaint.
