Sounds like a software-specific issue; but it's good if you have the seed phrase. Maybe you could try to import it either on another pc or laptop, or a different user account with your seed phrase. But maybe it's just a known issue or glitch and it can be sorted out another, easier way. Maybe check their twitter first and see if there have been any issues recently.
