What I mean is, a strong love for life but still caught in the duality of sadness and happiness. It may not be the best way to approach life to live in duality because it means that there is no acceptance of life as it is. So if you live life in constant resistance, you will always be unhappy or sad, or depressed because life will never be how you want it. There are rarely happy endings, there is violence and brutality. People are egotistic and cruel, and they only care for themselves, even the ones who say they don't; probably especially those ones
What I mean to say is that Suzanne non duality is right
