Generally yes, though some of the lower budget tracks will only have single towers for safety spotters. F1 will have nice viewing areas for fans because it's a big money series, and the Miami race is a "street" course meaning they build the entire track and all the stuff around normal city streets, so they bring in all kinds of stuff.
