Fully consensual or not, its not a huge moral issue in which you are causing additional suffering onto another life. They are self-destructing no matter what you do.
But, morality is first about the effect it has on your own psyche. By taking advantage of someone, even if you don't add extra suffering to the world, you will add that line of event to your mental book of who you are, and devalue yourself.
As for incest, I think subversive forces just don't see much point in deconstructing that tradition so it remains strong because nobody cares.
