That is not really it, and the nazis pushed that narrative because they didn't want to imply the jews were smarter than everyone else.
But that is really not it either. They do accumulate something, but its not money, its secrets and specific knowledge.
Another implication that people don't like from this is that "they" are not defined as either nazis or jews would like to define them. It's more of cult than a people, tribe, or whatever. The biology factors in, but mostly in breeding the right type of person for this, which is not common and usually related to each other to some degree.
