I actually browsed her rant, and while she can correctly diagnose that her experience of becoming a popular e-thot at 13 is not a good experience to her and she wishes she could erase its effects on her, her actions are the exact opposite.
She is using her "support group" to push away the bad feelings from being aware of her shortcomings and baggage, instead of at least seeking constructive healthy experiences to counter-balance the destructive ones.

She is not even one of those cases of self-aware women who hate themselves, she probably rationally believes this sort of "therapeutic" remedy is her right to cope with life, and at least its better than drugs or drinking.

While you can have abstract conversations with women, never ever expect them to even try to follow what they say they believe, nor follow anything they say they want you to do or base your actions on trusting their word about how they feel about anything.
