That is not what I mean.
Telling someone to sit straight vs telling someone to go to the gym to build up his posture are both advices for the same thing, but with different degrees of care.
In one case, you only care about the person's posture insofar as it bothers you to see them, and a temporary painful fix resolves the matter for you, while the other advice is concerned with the other person's quality of life and informs them of one possible way to improve it.

That is a fantasy hypothetical, in real life the best you can describe is "That action you are doing will have X result", the person may desire the result even if you don't.
