It is pretty difficult to figure out who is part of them or not, but I think most of the public figures are. Especially people who are leading the "resistance" like Trump, Elon, Russel Brand, and so on. the only people where it wouldn't really make sense that I can think of are Snowden or Assange, and maybe some lesser known people who have been operating independently
