My first Alien experience was quite memorable, rate:

>living in that insular beach town
>some wealthy hippie family had a house in the middle of the woods
>their older kids got a big projection tv set up outside of the house and invited a bunch of kids to have a spooky movie night
>the tv was the only light source
>the floor was dirt with overgrown weeds
>they had the aliens VHS, and a bunch of X-Files VHS tapes
>we watched all of it the whole night

To me it was like all of that stuff was real, like I was watching some forbidden tapes leaked from Area 51. Fun 90s shit.
