It may even be a 8/10, its pretty ambitious and well crafted. But its just not a sequel to Alien. It scratches the Alien itch, but does not carry the legacy.
Prometheus didn't carry the legacy nor scratched the itch, it started a new legacy. In that sense I prefer Romulus, but either way we won't be getting the complete potential of Alien.

They should hire the guy who did the last short of VHS Beyond.
