Do you guys think real estate will be a bad long term investment due to falling birth rates killing demand or a good one due to a lack of investment in construction leading to a low supply situation? I guess the two factors could balance each other out as well and then it'd continue being about as profitable as it is now (not much if at all, being more of a zero risk investment)
