Yeah, a "small business". I'm still a noob in this skill and its different in every country, but you get certain discounts, tax breaks and stuff by having one. You can buy the property as the company, and there's some legal separation from you so its somewhat protected, like in a divorce, etc... and its probably gonna take something like that to have private property quite some years ahead.
