The used market in Brazil is retarded. The low IQ monkeys want to get paid exactly what they paid at the time of purchase. Often the new one is cheaper at the store.
No idea how that mindset extend to used cars, I know famously lots of used cars are complete bombs, with bondo crusts as thick as 2x4s.
