If you can do a half one then you can work your way up to a three quarter one, and then a full one over time
Or what you could also do , what I have been doing is pull yourself up either with force or with a chair , then hold that position over the bar for 10 seconds, then lower yourself down as slow as possible; this will train the muscles needed for you to be able to do more pull ups
