Cyberpunk is a bit more specific than Transhumanist sci-fi.
It's a sequel to Atlas Shrugged.

About technological progress allowing the hyper-capable minority to exit society and society collapsing as a result. And in that framework the individuals who are more capable than the average working their way up and transcending. A world of unlimited possibility, that is dystopic because of the moral weakness of the majority.
