The methodology of the viper is clear:
1. he attacks
2. he bitches about "janitor" doing his job
3. he says "come to this chan instead" (metator or whatever)
4. he might try self deletion and claim BO or us deleted his posts.
He has nothing to gain, so he just do it because he enjoys being annoying to others, and for the tiny amount of attention he can gain with this.

We didn't discard the idea to limit the number of threads per IP, but this can be circumvented by changing his IP easily (what he does anyway).

It is good to be transparent with the users. The link to the logs can be found on the home page, all BO and Global deletions are there. If a deletion is missing, then the user deleted it.
