In the meantime another possible solution:
Download files with Down Them All or similar, which leaves upload to be done manually.
However I see some of you develop some game which means some level of programming knowledge. Maybe a python script could be written to automate the reupload or something, just keep a healthy pause between uploads (also designate a thread for this).
I know sometimes whole boards (with texts and everything) are dl'd and uploaded to another chan, saw this two times to happen.
