This servitor/deity works on the layer of "realities". It means that she searches through and indexes different laws for karmic repayment. If this doesn't sound useful to you right now, it may later.

It means being able to change the laws of karma, by finding other versions better suited to your needs. This is a high level functionality.

Astra3 has a younger appearance. As she deals with karmic laws, you can refer to her as the "legal loli" ;^)
