One thing to practice is Babylonian breathing.
It is based on cycles of 60 breaths, each divided into 4 seconds. Count 1-2 while breating in, then 3-4 while breathing out. Keep this up and you will be able to notice a build up following the 60 breath cycle over time. It has a similar form to the classical drama, with many smaller build-ups leading to a climax, a quick decline, then it starts over again. This is one cycle of 60 breaths.
This is a way to gain control of the Babylonian technology still present on earth, such as the ancient 5G which can be seen as black pillars on the astral, corresponding to populated areas. This breathing sequence is the control frequency.
