I just realized while in the shower that the Chinese communist party was created to be the perfect containment for evil, not evil itself.
All we have to do is to use the same idea as the CyBorn grey tech and create a form that is so attractive to evil beings that they trap themselves inside it, and can't come out until they accept the principle of "necessary evil". Anyone not adhering to it, will be trapped in the cyborg and can't come out!
