I tried making it as easy to grasp as possible. What was done with the eclipse was to create the red super nova on the earth plane. The difference to the NWO plan is that this was based on federation principles that does not do harm, while connecting to ancient Earth witch tradition to make it function in connection with both planes. The moloch sun drawn in is also a corrected object by now, the old one was destroyed.
The "descension" process is one where the 3D layer of the planet is wiped out, its timelines are destroyed. Time is a particle type which can be manipulated similar to light. Even if science by the NWO can't control time, they can manipulate it like a material (compare creating things from iron vs creating iron itself). This is the secret to how previous one-world-governments were created. The control system is based on simply setting up all your preferred institutions, then destroying the material plane which allows for change to take place - the 3D. Inside it looks the same, and for the hedonists the experience of their drugs is the same, it doesn't matter to them that the 3D form is now "emulated" using 2D infrastructure and they live in 1D like worms.
Changing this requires the re-formation of a new 3D. This happened each time because "karma", material which contains gravity (trash), started amassing until a new karmic 3D plane formed, then all souls were pulled back up again and had to live in the desert they had created. The "fall" of Atlantis" was an ascension from 1D - 2D to a new karmic 3D plane.
