So maybe it's this that is triggering some cultural habit in these people, like how liberal science geeks think it's so funny to use a language where someone is seen as "lesser knowing" if their views differ from their narrow mindset in the slightest. When they meet a person who doesn't conform with their narrow corridor of thought, they just have to pick on the person and they think this will give some certain response, which with me it doesn't, because an idiot "making fun of" me for not being an idiot, how can I care about that? Like

and they think I should then start "respecting them" and turn gay after they said that, which of course won't happen because they just said they're gay, so I'm not listening to them after that.
