To re-iterate, if they as a hivemind wanted to change my view to be positive of them, they could just do it. Islam did this instantly by sending an Imam into my path on a city street, and this very short interaction washed away years of negative propaganda which had filled my head with the thinking that muslims are just terrorists and underdeveloped savages. This is proof that it can be done if they wanted to.

With djinn, however, the recipe is total submission, as long as you just let them through, channel them without interfering with them, they will give you all the power you need, and you will also see that among them are different groups with different views. You need only align with one of them if you don't like the others, and this works. For people who are unable to voluntarily submit to anything at all, this poses a problem. Djinn will still demand submission because they are stronger and older and you should recognize this. Djinn predate all other humanoids aside from skinwalkers (elves came later but drow are still the 3rd immortal race to manifest). You can't beat them, they are the stem of the tree and you are a branch.

Being stubborn in this situation will lead to your destruction. I hate idiots like this, why are they even here, taking up space, they're an abomination that shouldn't exist. A remnant of a time sometime in the ancient past when resources were thrown all over the place in chaos and no one knew anything about anything, so they came up with stupid non-functional life forms unable to sustain themselves, but which could exist because resources were abundant and available to anyone just opening their mouth.

This time is long since past, artificially feeding these life forms is in itself an abominate behaviour.
