Moving into the future Earth and the new incarnation there requires having the new human racial body created by Gensokyo, the Adaptive Yokai Human which comes in 4 variants for different parts of the world. It is based off the core attraction types and which pair is created from those, but they are still all the same race and will mix freely. It's just more unlikely to happen because of the build in attraction type. So the west will have "tall blonde lolicon", Russia/Eurasia will have the "tall blonde big tit lover", central Asia will have "small dark-haired lolicon" and east Asia will have "tall dark-haired big tit lover" type.
