What im saying is literally asking "why is this weight se this way and not like this" is beyond human capacity and thus magic. These are large numbers of variables. To a gigabrain it would perhaps be obvious why the weigth has to be that specific way providing its a smalle enough neural net that they can fully comprehend all its moving parts at the same time.
