It doesn't make sense even with this network Bing wrote for me when I asked just now. Maybe it doesn't because it doesn't have any clear use. It works, but what does it really do? People in the 90s knew why they created this, because they had an idea, a theory and they tested it in the simplest way possible.

I just can't see this idea that is tested here.
