I went to read some more on this, but I get stuck on the part about having neural networks in the first place, I don't know what they're for. I feel like they aren't needed.
I understand every other part in it's "natural" state, from the theory of searching, planning, belief, updating of said beliefs, policies etc to natural language processing and robots, I just don't get why neural networks are a thing. They feel glued on for no reason.
